About Us

Your Daily Gut Health is an independent publication focused on one thing: helping you understand and improve your digestive health using real evidence.

We started this site because the gut health space is full of noise. Instagram influencers selling supplements they've never tested. Wellness blogs recycling the same generic advice. Medical sites so clinical they put you to sleep before you find the answer.

We wanted something different. A place where real writers with real expertise cover gut health the way it deserves to be covered: with science, specificity, and respect for your time.

Every article we publish goes through a simple filter: Is this genuinely useful? Would we send this to a friend? Does it answer the question it promises to answer? If the answer to any of those is no, we don't publish it.

Our Editorial Standards

We cite specific studies, name the journals, and note the limitations. When we recommend products, our writers select them independently based on ingredients, evidence, and personal experience. We include affiliate links on some product recommendations, and those are always disclosed. Our editorial selections are never influenced by affiliate relationships.

Some articles on this site are clearly marked as advertorial content. Those are separated from our editorial articles and labeled at the top of the page. Regular articles may include disclosed affiliate links, but they are not paid placements disguised as editorial coverage.
